Vitamins
What Vitamins/Supplements does everyone take daily?
I only take a One a Day and I drink FRS in the am?
I feel like with all the running and exercise I do I should be taking more.
I tried Fish Oil once and I was burping it up all day it was horrendous!

Currently taking a multi whole food vitamin for women. I've noticed a huge difference from the Target brand womens multi. Just feels like I am benefitting more from it overall.

I'm 8 months PP and I still take the prenatals (truth be told...I never switched back to the GNC brand because my insurance covers them so its two less things that I have to spend money on..vitamin plus DHA). I also take an extra calcium, vitamin D, added a biotin because of hair loss, and a bunch of other supplements for my workouts (such as L-carnitine). Oh and on my low carb days I add a few spoons of psyllium husks.... My kitchen looks like a GNC LOL
ETA- have something to eat before you take the fish oil...definitely helps!!

Hey - Do you take L-Carnitine before or after your workout? What other supplements do you take for your workouts? Thanks!

I take a multivitamin, Magnesium (for migraine treatment), Fish oil, B Complex with C, Calcium and Vitamin D (I take the D b/c I was deficient).
If you burped up the fish oil you can try a different brand or take it with food. I usually take it after dinner.
