Vitamins for hair?
Is there a vitamin I can take to help improve my hair...and maybe make it grow faster? Fish oil or soemthing like that? Am I making this up? lol...Thanks!

My dad has been taking a vitamin for hair for years...unfortunately I don't know what it is. I'll try to remember to ask him when he comes over tomorrow. We all tease him that he still has a bald spot, but it hasn't really grown any more since he's been taking the vitamins

People on LIW have recommended taking a vitamin with extra biotin for hair and nails, but I took it for about 7 months and didn't see a difference :( I've heard that pre-natal vitamins are great for hair and nails!

Pre natal vitamins or Biotin. I took biotin after my derm told me to when my hair was falling and breaking after having DD and it helped sooooo much.
