Vitamins-lesser of 2 evils-chewable or gummy?
Which is the better of the 2 regarding teeth? We brush his teeth after his vitamins anyway but I still feel like they both get into crevices.

The gummy ones are horrible for teeth. The dentist will tell you not to use them. They are seeing an increase in cavities from them.

My Dd's dentist said no gummies because they cause cavities. we do chewables.

Ped told us to use the chewables since they have more vitimins in them

Gummies don't have iron, so I would go for the chewables. Sugar free gummies usually have aspartame or the like, and I would avoid that also.

My ped told us chewable first and then as a last resort to do the gummies. The gummy vitamin is better than no vitamin at all (but she said don't tell the dentist -they hate the gummies!)
