I just got this class action suit card in the mail today about the blade. I filled it out and will get a $70 credit to use. I guess I would use it for the container, as I always hated my container is the tall skinny one and doesn't fit under my cabinet. Has anyone tried to return one to Bed Bath and Beyond? I bought mine there around five years ago

Not a vitamix, but we had a food processor that the blade was recalled. They wanted you to just get the blade replaced, but I returned the whole thing to bbb even though it was 6 years old and no receipt.

Thank you. Was this recent you did this? Also, did you have your receipt?

I hate my tall container too. I am going fill out the claim and replace the container. I am curious about returning used items at bbb too. I bought a rice cooker that stopped working and would love to return it but feel awkward returning something after 3 years.

I am assuming sll the containers will fit. Yes, that tall container slways bothered me as I have to store it next to blender which takes up more room.

Did you get a refund or store credit?
