Viva Loco Restaurant in bellmore?
Anyone ever been there? Im thinking about having DD Baptismal after party there.

Yes...but Im not sure it can accomodate a party unless they close restaurant to the public for that day.
There is no private room and in the back is where the bar is.
I wanted a private room..
Suggestions:
Piccolo's In bellmore ( food was good)
and they have a seperate room that holds up to 50.
La Piazza in Merrick
Pomodorino's in Seaford..they close off the area on Sun and to the public. Im going to a shower there in 2wks.

The website viva loco says it does do private parties and has a private room. Ill have to go and check it out.
Pomodorino's in Seaford-- I saw that place the other day and mentioned to DH i wanted to go there and find out about doing there.
Piccolos i'll have to check that out, my party is going to be about 40 people.
I was also thinking about Hemingways in wantagh

They do private parties. My friend went to a christening there. I personally do not likec their food at all. I gave them 3 chances and all three times the food was bad. My friend who went to a party their agreed.
I just had my son's baptism party at Cafe Symposio in Bellmore this weekend and it went well. I had about 45 adults and 20 kids and had the entire big side of the restaurant.
I checked out Hemingways and would have loved it but for me to get the loft area privately - the earliest they could have started was 4pm on a Sunday which was too late for me.
Do you like Antonette's - they have a private room for up to like 75 and have good food. (Merrick Rd/Bedford Ave).

Oh yeah that maybe a problem, but I would call them anyway, you never know!

We attended a party in the private room there (behind the bar area in the back) and it was great.

Wow, all the years going there I never knew this--lol I always went to parties where they used the whole place and closed it down to the public. Good to know!
