Brief Description
VPI K9K Pet Cancer Awareness Walk becomes a bi-coastal event with this philanthropic fall event. For the 3rd consecutive year, Veterinary Pet Insurance is leading the charge in raising awareness of the nation's number one disease-related killer of dogs & cats with a fun-filled 4-kilometer walk for both people and their pets. This year's east coast K9K carries participants from Cadman Plaza Park over the historic Brooklyn Bridge, treating pet owners to a spectacular view of New York's landmarks.

Additional Information
Pet owners and their canines will walk in unison to help raise money for the Animal Cancer Foundation (ACF). All registration fees will be donated to this non-profit organization focused on the prevention and treatment of cancer in pets and people.

Registrants for the east coast VPI K9K Pet Cancer Awareness Walk will receive entry to the K9K, a commemorative T-shirt, a bandana for their pooch, and post-event refreshments.
