VS Catalog Purchases - can you return in the store?
If I got a gift from someone that I know they ordered online (there is no tag on it), can I return it to the store and exchange it for something else? Or does it have to be mailed back directly to the catalog?

I know when you order something from online yourself you are not able to return it to the store. You have to mail it back. I would call and ask what you should do. You will probably have to mail it back.

As the pp stated, unfortunately, You can not return it in store, you must mail it back. (I have contacted them in the past about this issue)
