Wait - the nausea COMES BACK????!!??????
What is this I'm reading about nausea cming back in your third trimester, before you give birth???
Tell me I have this to look forward to AGAIN?????

I never got rid of it. Don't forget, everyone is different. Lots of people get rid of the nausea and never get it again.
ETS: I must say though, that it is definately not as bad as it was in my first trimester. Now, it is just the vomiting in the morning and slight nausea throughout the day. In the first trimester, i couldn't even smell certain things or walk down the block without feeling like I was going to hurl

Everyone is different. I felt a little queasy with Maddie in the 3rd trimester. Nothing with Joseph.
eta. Just realized Joseph made it only 1/2 way through the 3rd trimester but I felt perfectly fine.

Never came back for me. I wouldn't worry. Well, actually, nausea would have been nicer than that intense feeling of "head in your crotch" all the time.

I am in my 3rd trimester and I am nauseous a lot (again)...I havent thrown up yet but I gag a lot

I have heard this ... and readwhat the others are saying.. but since my 1st tri it went away......and I have felt great ever since!!! I pray it doesn't come back!!!

with my first 2 pregnancies it didn't return as bad as the m/s I had in the beginning, I did however get bad heartburn everytime I ate too big of a meal because everything was soooo squished in there... I just had to eat smaller meals and I was ok

I think what everyone is describing as nausea might be acid reflux. It woke me every night...it felt like I was throwing up...my throat would be warm and acidy. My OB finally gave me something for it, since the TUMS wasn't doing the trick.
I haven't slept better in months!

In answer to your question...it doesnt come back like it was in the first trimester. I havent had to use any zofran BUT I have some days where I feel like I have a stomach virus.
