Walgreens pharmacy issues?
Has anyone been having problems with the pharmacy at Walgreens? DH and I both noticed that the last 3 or 4 times we have gone for our prescriptions there have been mistakes made (especially overcharging and charging the wrong insurance) and a line of ****** off people waiting for quite sometime.
Some of the people online have said it's every Walgreens not just the one we've been going to.
Anyone else having issues?

i always do thats why i dread going there everytime! I just stick with it cause its convient and 24 hrs

i haven't been since last week, but the ONLY time i've ever had a problem was when i had to wait for over 20 minutes for the drive through - when i finally went inside and complained i was helped almost immediately.

I used to go to them all the time but I kept running into problemswith them so I dumped them and went to CVS

I haven't gone to Walgreens but we use to use Eckerd and we had similar problems. DH was so disgusted, he insisted on switching to CVS. They ended up being bought by Rite Aid shortly afterwards. I wonder if Walgreens is being bought out and they haven't made it official yet but are changing over the computer systems in the pharmacy area or something like that.

we dont use walgreens, but we got messages from them to pick up prescriptions.
i called them and told them that we dont use their pharmacy.

I gave up on Walgreens a long time ago - and they are right across the street from my job.
I use Target now.

I have not had a problem, but the line has been long lately. I also cannot stand that computer calling you a few times a day to pick up the RX.
