Walk Thru
Hi....We are going for our walk-thru tonight and have no idea what to look for.

turn on all the facets, flush every toilet, flip every light switch, turn on AC's and heat, check the stove/dishwasher/over/washing machine & dryer, ask them about alarm system (if that pertains to your house), garage door opener (that was one we did ask about and we had to go out and get an opener... )
Basically check everything in each room. Make sure what was agreed upon to stay..stays and that there wont be any garbage left behind.
We also asked about garbage pick-up (the days), where the cespool was and when it was cleaned last, and the oil burner.

Also check to see how much gas/oil there is in the tank, as this will most likely come up during closing

Even open all things like doors - we didn't do that and foudn the back door didn't open - was rotted closed.
