Re: Walking Dead
Poor Tyrese! I liked him but I agree, he was a liability. My DH reads the comic books and said that Tyrese was a completely different character in the comic books vs. how they portrayed him on the TV show. Like he basically kicked ass in the comic, and on the TV show he was scared to kill anyone (like that guy that had Judith hostage).

Sad, but i guess it was inevitable
damn that Noah! 2 people have died because of him so far!
maybe Noah is connected to those bodies cut in half????????????????????
I don't know but how did he end up so far away in Atlanta? It seems like he really believed his little town was fine, I don't know if he knew about the bodies. Remember how the governor saved the heads? I think not everyone knows to have to injure their brain to totally kill them. I also read somewhere that Noah is working on some other job now IRL so his character probably won't be around too long.
Hmmmm then probably not. Weird. There's def a new set of people hanging around. Rick and crew will have to fight off lol. I'm so excited for this again!!!

He was picked up by the hospital people, wasn't he?

Re: Walking Dead
I'm pretty sure that Noah was picked up with his father by the hospital ppl, and his MOTHER and brothers lived in Va. So, probably his parents weren't together and he happened to be w/his Dad when all the sh*t went down.

I thought he and his dad went to get supplies, that's how they were picked up.

Yes, but I meant he was, maybe, living w/his dad in Georgia, while his mom lived in Virginia.

Walking Dead
What did everyone think of last night's episode?
I thought it was amazing! The imagery and symbols everywhere were great. Maggie was amazing in her scenes. Daryl made me cry. Rick's beard still scares me. Did Carl grow 2 feet!? Sasha is gonna get somebody killed. Who the heck is Aaron!?
Can't wait for next week's episode!

I have such a major crush on Maggie......I just love her! But I have a bad feeling that she's going to kill herself this season.

Re: Walking Dead
Wow I thought it was super boring last night!! I'm curious about this super clean preppy LLBean guy who showed up b/c I assumed that the water-leaving friend had been Morgan.

Re: Walking Dead
Last night was boring...but essential to show how Maggie, Sasha and Daryl are coping. Aaron is from the comics... I won't say anything else! They loosely follow the comics but if they do in this case, things should get interesting!

Walking Dead
I thought it was very slow moving until the very end. I could have done without the dog scene, I always say it's so weird that you never see dogs or cats. I wonder if the zombies eat them too. Gabriel still creeps me out. So does Abraham, I really thought he was going to try to get frisky with one of the girls when he started drinking. I also thought the water was from Morgan, until that weirdo showed up at the end. I'm still not sure, were the walkers trying to get in the barn a dream or real? Sasha (sonnequa) is clearly pregnant in this episode but nobody is saying anything so I guess it's not being written in.

Sasha is really a liability.
The walkers trying to get in, I believe was real, but the storm came in hard at that point and wiped them out. When they went out that morning there were tons of tress down and walkers everywhere.
And does the new guy know Rick? hmmmmm?

I was getting that feeling -- like he knew him. Dying to read comic spoilers but I wont. AHHHH

Walking Dead
I think it's weird that Beth's death is affecting everyone more than anyone else's death thus far.

Re: Walking Dead
i thought it was kind of boring but I figure they were setting up for things in future episodes ( I always feel these type of shows always have to have a "boring" episode to setup another one).
I want to know who the water is from I am now assuming it was from the nice clean shaven guy who knows Rick and how the hell does he know Rick and know that those 2 are part of Ricks group?
I am dying to know where Morgan is. from the previews it looks like Rick doesn't trust this new guy and he thinks they will be attacked any day now cause they are trapped in a barn and surrounded.
and that walker scene when they attacked the barns confused me at first. I was like it was dream and realized it was a tornado that wiped them out. I also am pretty sure the confirmed that in talking dead (though I was really tired and feel asleep for most of it)

I agree with this -- i know it sounds harsh but during the episode i kept turning to DH and rolling my eyes, especially at Maggie. Ummm where were you before? You seemed to care less about Beth! Now its a big deal. I felt more for Darryl than Maggie

while I get what you guys are saying that they didn't make this big of a deal for any other deaths so why know beth and tyresse they did explain in the episode why Maggie is now having such a hard time about it.

Agree! I wasn't loving the episode. Too much wallowing. I did feel badly for Daryl. Like others said, I found it a little annoying that Maggie never really seemed to have a second thought about Beth previously, and now it is hitting her so hard. After the prison, she was gung-ho about finding Glenn, and didn't even mention Beth.
Hoping for some action next episode.
Still pissed they killed Beth. I wanted a Daryl/Beth reunion so badly!

I'm guessing they are very close to his home base which I think is going to be a Woodbury type of place. I only think he knows Ricks name because he was following them, watching and listening. I think the dogs might have been his too.

We think they overheard Rick on the walkie talkies they were using when they were at Noah's house.

Maggie- I get. But the whole group is so down and out after Beth's death. I get it- she was sweet and they were all close, but they're all dwelling on her death when everyone else was quickly forgotten.

I feel like maybe b/c they were "innocents" that they felt protective of? Tyrese stated out like more of a leader, but they changed his character. The little were the little girls that not ( not Mika, but her sister & Carol's daughter.) There were other innocents--Mika' s sister and Carol's daughter, but yes they seem a bit glossed over. The other thing is maybe b/c they have been together for so long now? Or b/c Beth wasn't killed by a zombie? But neither was Herschel ( and a few others.)

Walking Dead
DH and I were talking about this and we are wondering if they are making such a big deal about it because maybe Beth's story isn't done? It seemed like they were building her up to be this totally different character and then BOOM totally ridiculous death. What if she actually survived the gunshot (it was near the very top of her head) and got dropped somewhere before she woke up? The group was running from something in the beginning of the midseason premiere and they never showed us her funeral. Maybe she wakes up and uses her new tracking skills and shows up with Morgan down the line! LOL That would be crazy!
