Walking Dead

I think the grief is totally realistic. It hits in waves, and with all the activity there was no time to mourn too much. Now with all the walking, there's a lot of reflecting. They are running out of resources, places that they can count on as being safe, they are dying... Morale is at an all time low. I think we needed a "boring" episode after 2 major deaths!

Well tonight had a lot more action but damn we still don't know if this new place is safe. I just love Michone, I think she and Rick need to hook up already. The RV made me remember Dale.
I know there's going to be something terrible in this new place, let's face it if it were perfectly safe the show would be over. I just can't think of what else can happen!

Well they always let their guard down a bit with all this false hope and then something happens. Can't wait to see next week. Gods episode though. That poor baby so hungry :(

So what does everyone think of Alexandria safe zone?
I can't believe they aren't settling into those houses, they can still be on guard and try to fortify their territory.
Carol is a super bad ass for downplaying who she really is.
That Jesse woman better not be making the moves on rick! It's time for rick and michone to make a little family now that they have a home!
Deana is clearly not as a normal as she is trying to appear.
That weird little girl that Carl is trying to be friends with is going to make trouble.

I thought it was such a good episode. My heart breaks for this group. Something definitely is up with this community. Although i can see why they would want to bring them in bc they have experience and are survivors something just doesnt add up. Rick was originally very guarded and by the end of the episode we see that they have already gotten in his head. A shave, a haircut, his old job and the uniform. It just felt shady. I think carol and darryl are playing it safe and if something goes down they will likely step up. Something also tells me rick being sherrif will divide the group. I also think that little girl is trouble but she may become friends with carl and be our way of finding out more info on what is really going on.

I don't necessarily trust the new community, either. I also don't think they're in Rick's head. I think he is agreeing to be the sheriff or whatever to get closer to the new people and see what's up. I think he's going to be looking to take over the whole neighborhood. I love that Carol is faking who she is- awesome thinking!

Also- I would hate if Rick and Michonne got together and I wish that girl would cut Carl's hair helmet. Also- I think the girl is just different because she was on the outside. I think her and Carl will become friends because of their shared experiences. I don't think the other kids have even been outside the walls since the beginning of the outbreak.

Rick and the haircutter lady are so going to do it! Her husband is creepy. Something is up with him. I could not believe Carol when the little boy saw her! Still have no clue how this whole thing is going to pan out. I'm just waiting for the sh1t to hit the fan lol!

If Rick and the haircut girl (name?) hook up, I am going to be so irritated. After the whole Lori / Shane thing, he is going to hook up with a married lady? Even though her husband is super creepy, I do not approve.

And I know this is random, but as soon as I saw that horse, I said to my husband "They better not do to this horse what they did to the last one" (the one Rick rode into Atlanta back at the beginning of Season 1). Rat bastards totally did. Of course they kill all the zombies then the horse. They should have put the horse out of his misery and then kill the zombies.

I want to know where the young girl (Carl's age girl) goes when she leaves the community. Someone needs to get their butt up in the watch tower, cause you know someone bad is going to show up. They always do.

The whole complex is weird. And something big will happen. And carol omg. That poor kid lol. Everything is weird right now. A little boring and not much action. But carol also stole some chocolate. I wonder if she will get in trouble

I wanted to punch that kid following Carol. What she said to him lol. She's awesome lol. Those people are so out of touch with reality and what's going on outside the border. It was kind of a slow episode, but can't wait to see what comes up in this delusional sleepy little town. I don't like the senator's jerky son. Rick is going to hook up with the haircut lady, and her husband is an ass.hole.

Carol freaked me out so Im sure that child shit his pants. She is bad ass. I liked Darryls story this week. Hope he takes a shower next episode lol.
Im not sure about rick and the hairdresser. She is obv assigned to wear him down and it is unclear whether he is playing into it or playing along to get info. Seems he may be playing along. Darryl on the other hand was likely assigned to the recruiter and he really got to him. When we see Darryl leave the gun and Rick take his it is telling. I also loved Darryls line about the horse being left out too long becoming what he truly is - wild.

They are clearly trying to show how Rick's group is perceived as the "bad guys"... and I think they totally are... at least Rick and Carol are.

Anyone notice last week that the way the wall is built and secured that the beams are on the outside of the wall instead of the inside? It's as though they are trying to keep something in instead of keeping people out.

I am really looking forward to see what goes down. I feel for the group because they so desperately want this town to work out and be the real thing. I do think that they are trying to 'divide and conquer' the group. I'm not sure if it's to get them to see other people besides their own 'family' or to weaken them.

Rick is going to get together with the hairdresser lady, maybe her husband gets pissed off and a little war starts... I can see why Sasha and Daryl are resistant to joining the community because these people are totally out of touch with reality and with what is going on outside of the walls. Someday someone is bound to show up soon and it's not going to be good.
