Walking trails by the beach?
I love working out near water. I loved going to walk on the board walk in Long Beach but that is too far for me now. Any great places to walk in Suffolk? The only one I know of is the nature trail at Cedar Beach which we are hitting up today. Looking to explore some new places.

Sorry, Kim, I'm a city slicker and don't know much (OK, anything) about Suffolk.
But, Have fun!!! I wish DH would do something like that with me.

Sunken Meadow has a boardwalk (but it's short) Smith's Point has a nature trail and you can walk on the beach
