It's a smart concept, but it looks like a leash to me. Baby's will walk when they are ready. We all learned and our parents didn't have all of these wierd gizmos!!

My grandma and aunt were telling me that when they had kids, they had something like this. I said that I never heard of it or saw it.
It's so funny how some things come back.
