Wall Quotes..craft question...(w/pic)
I painted 2 trees in my son's nursery, and now, I would like to customize a wall quote from the book, On the Night You Were Born...
The problem is, when I typed it out on the website, because it is so long, it was over $300!
So, I am now looking to paint it, or write it myself, but I need something like a paint pen? Do any of you know what I can use so that I can write in script on the wall?

I just did my sons freehand on his wall in script and then I traced around the edges of each letter with a paint pen so it looked clean.
I did do it in pencil first and then painted over that just so I had a guide.

That is what I was thinking? Did the paint pen come out nice and clean, or did you have to go over it a lot?

It did, I maybe went over it twice......I do have one, but not here at work. I can FM it to you later when Im at home. I painted the borders first with a really thin brush. Then painted the inside. The went around the edges with the pen to clean it up.
Oh and just to add....I just used regular wall paint...not acrylic. DS room was like yours with two color on the wall, I used the bottom color on the top for the lettering.

Did you try Etsy already? [L=http://www.etsy.com/shop/willowcreeksigns?ga_search_query=custom+wall+quote&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=&includes[0]=tags&includes[1]=title]This seller[/L] (I did a quick search) says they do custom wall quotes!
I see a LONG one on there and it's $40... so maybe you can find something there if you don't want to do it yourself
