Want to be inspired.....
my husband has lost 256 lbs. It was with weight watchers and exercise. This year, he will be running in the ING NYC marathon. Visit his site at site . Here's a side by side of the before and after. hhe started his journey in May 2009

yes, i am very proud of him. it shows that you could lose a lot of weight and not have surgery to do it

WOOHOO!!!! WTG GARY!! So very very proud of his accomplishment!! He inspires in so many ways!!
BUT WAIT A MINUTE LADIES...Our little lady Gail here is always tooting the horn for her hubby....with great reason!! I mean seriously LOOK AT HIM!!! BUT she hardly EVER talks about HER amazing journey. She herself has lost quite a considerable amount of weight and has been at lifetime with WW for over a year now!! So I want to take a minute to applaud her as well!!

thanks clas its almost 15 months straight. let me tell you, its not easy. if you thought losing weight was hard, that's nothing. maintaining is much harder. you just have to work hard at it and u will succeed
