Want to take a nice family picture somewhere outside this week, any suggestions?
My sister and I want to do a picture with all the kids to give to my parents for Christmas. We where going to just go to Sears, but decided to save some money. We have a nice Cannon Rebel XSI camera, so we figured we could get some nice shots. We live in Smithtown, and would like somewhere no further then a 20 min drive from there. Thanks!

stony brook village might be nice... lots of little places there... the green, the pond, etc...
mill pond in setauket by neighborhood house
down port by the water
beach

i agree with old stony brook - there's the duck pond, the beach, the grassy area... lots of pretty places

Caleb Smith State Park right in Smithtown is Very nice.

blydenburgh park in smithtown has lots of beautiful little areas with nice trees and stuff... it's right on Vets Hwy
