Want to try Curves? Curves/Avon Fitness study!
Now is a greta time to join Curves. if you agree to participate in a fitness study (which means they measure you before and after and log your workouts) you can get 30 days for $30 with no obligation.
If you decide to stay the sign0up fee is reduced to $99 and then the $30 is subtracted!!
You also get 30 free days with curves complete, the online weight loss tools. ANd you CAN do this as a previous member, I just did!
And the new training computers on the machines seem really awesome. It's like having a personal trainer.

I just wanted to update. I re-joined Curves 11 days ago. The new computer training makes you work HARD. I'm already down 4lbs (and this is with FAR from perfect eating) and I wore pants yesterday that have not fit in well over a year! I'm excited. I can't wait to see what my finals results will be at the end of 30 days!
I'm going out today to buy new clothes. Most of my clothes from last year are too baggy with the 8lbs I've lost since i bought clothes last spring (kept off 4+ llbs from my diet in the fall, and lost another 4 now!)

Congrats! I didn't know they had new computers programs. I belonged to Curves a couple of years ago right down the street, but they closed down.  It was a good workout though.
