I got a really nice one in this office furniture place on 110. I'd have to look up the name but it's on the west side not too far from Adventure Land. There's a big sign so it's not easy to miss.

Did you check craigs list or even Ikea? And sometimes Gothic Cabinet has some good prices.

Try Target -
Sounds insane, I know - But I bought a Desk and TV cabinet when DH and I got mairried and lived in a studio in NYC - 5 years later, (and two moves - and DH is NOT the most 'careful' person) the things still look brand new - Best $250 I ever spent !!

I know someone ( my sister in law) who is selling there wood computer desk, it is unfinished wood, so you can stain it, let me know if you are interested.
