Warm Foot Bath
Do you think a warm foot massage bath would make the swelling in my feet worse? Or not relieve it at all?
Although it does feel good, the swelling did not go down and feels a little worse , dont know if its my imagination.

Not your imagination. I have MAJOR foot swelling. DH, with the best of intentions, suggested a hot foot bath with epsom salt. As good as they may have FELT, the LOOKED like the Stay-Puft marshmallow man from Ghostbusters by the time I took them out. I would suggest cooler water based on my experience.

Re: Warm Foot Bath
I tried soaking my feet in very cold water and it made them feel great... but the swelling didn't really go down any. I did get relief for about an hour after soaking them.
