Warning to those thinking about getting tubes tied!
It's not 100% guaranteed! 
My coworker just told us yesterday that she's pregnant. She turns 40 this year and she had her tubes tied 7 years ago! 
She found out on friday that she was pregnant and 4 1/2 months along already.
