Was anyone more excited for baby number 2?

I don't know why, but I feel so much more excited this time, but it's not because I love DS any less, but maybe because I feel relaxed knowing what to expect, I kind of miss having a newborn, and I feel confident as a "good" parent already (for the most part, )

anyone else felt this way before?

I like to think of josh's delivery as the 4th of july. fireworks. excitment, celebration.

jessie-the most perfect island beach, calm relaxing, wonderful.
jessie was just this instant love feeling, i knew what to expect and just soaked it all in.

No, I definitely wasn't more excited because I knew what to expect in terms of how much work it is to take care of a newborn
However, I have enjoyed having an infant SOOOOO much more this time around because with anything that he goes through, in terms of not sleeping, teething, being miserable here and there, etc., I know it goes fast and in phases, so I can appreciate it more.
But it's definitely different in a good way the second time
