was anyone pregnant when they got married?
my sis is going to be 22 weeks pregnant when she has her wedding. they decided not to reschedule the wedding. she is pettite -- 5'2 , 100 lbs, she has to return her dress now and get a new one.... does anyone know where she can get any nice dresses?
also - i am planning her bachelorette party - obviously we had something else planned but now we're changing it to something a little less crazier.... spa, limo and dinner at ruth chris Does anyone have any other ideas of what we can do - (NOT CRAZY)?
TIA

No idea about the dress..but an empire waist should work well. I am 5'1 and 100lbs (before DS was born in December!!). At 22 weeks I was pretty big. There isn't much torso space to hide out in, so my belly kept growing out and out and out....As far as the Bach Party....your plan sounds great. Why not just have an early dinner at the steak house around 4ish after a great spa day?

My SIL was about 16 weeks pregnant at her wedding. She actually didn't return her dress, she found a seamstress who put panels in the sides and you couldn't tell at all...
As for the bach party, I am pretty sure she and her DH had a joint one and it was still wild, SHE just didn't do much

Re: was anyone pregnant when they got married?
My cousin's wife was about 5 months pregnant at their wedding. She found a really nice dress for an afforable price at David's Bridal. It was perfect for her and looked really nice.
As for the bachelorette party, I wouldn't recommend a spa as she won't be able to do much...saunas, hot tubs, etc. even some massages that aren't pre-natal specified.

Re: was anyone pregnant when they got married?
Mani pedi's ..... totally fine.
As for facials...just make sure she lets them know. I know my skin was SUPER sensitive when pregnant and getting a facial would have destroyed my skin.
But others will swear by them!

Re: was anyone pregnant when they got married?
I agree with the PP's - empire waist is def the best way to go...plus she'll have a bouquet in her hands.
I like the spa idea, it should be fun!
Congrats on having another baby in the family, does she know what she's having?

Re: was anyone pregnant when they got married?
If she loves the dress she bought, they may be able to alter it for her. I know my friend had a corset back added to her dress and she was about 20 weeks along at her wedding too.
