Was I the only one that DH was working last night ??
Well I am looking on the chats and I think I was the only one HomeAlone Lost in Howard Beach ... (lol)
My DH was working last night called at 11:55 but not the same, Kept telling me sweet nothings on the phone until the ball dropped.

You are not the only one!
My husband was working last night too. He called when teh ball dropped, but not the same!
He did not get home till 2:30!
He is a cook...their hours suck!

Nope! My DH was working last night too... He called as the ball dropped, but your right its not the same...
He didnt get in til 9 this morning.... I missed him...

Dh was working last night - went straight into his regular shift. I'll see him probably around 4 this afternoon, and he'll be sooo exhausted.

my bf was working last night and we texted each other Happy New Year..... not the same. and i stayed home for the first year which i thought was going to be so bad.... not so bad.... New Years is overrated IMO but I did miss my midnight kiss..

My DH worked last night also. The call at midnight just didn't cut it. It's almost 2PM and he is still sleeping. What a start to 2007!

I am in the same boat as the rest of you.
When DH came home he was soo TIRED that he feel asleep and my DS was so mad he wanted to play .

DH had to work, but managed to get off early (10:30), so he was home in time to watch the ball drop with me. He had to go in today too.
