Watch Oprah today and you will never
...let your kids out of your sight so so sad...its about the two boys that were missing and are now found. She has both families on and its scaring the crap out of me..
I mean you know not to let your kids out etc etc but these boys were taken outside their homes. The step dad of the oldest boy who was missing for 4 years, said his message is that your kids are NOT safe on the street outside your house.
I have just told my 11mth old DD that she is never going to be let out of my sight EVER....
I hope that disgusting ******* who had the audacity to take them gets the chair.

Oprah has no soul that she wanted to interview both boys.
Luckily the one set of parents were smart enough to leave there son off of TV but still that kid doesn't need to be hidden off in a green room. He should be home with his parents and not having adults trying to pretend that they know what he went through.
It totally broke my heart when the older boy spoke about how he missed his oldest newphew's first words and steps.. What a sweet kid that out of everything that is what came to his mind.

Luckily the one set of parents were smart enough to leave there son off of TV but still that kid doesn't need to be hidden off in a green room. He should be home with his parents and not having adults trying to pretend that they know what he went through.

Ditto. And when Shawn didn't want to answer Oprah's question about what he had written on the internet - she answered it for him! Bad, Bad Oprah. I am also curious, but it is really none of my business what these boys went through. I hope they can move on with their lives in peace. Poor kids.

I found it pretty cold of Oprah as well. She kept saying in front of the kid that all of america wants to know why he did not call...isn't he beating himself up enough, then to be told over and over again that america is wondering..

what I dont like is that they are talking about him as if he isnt there.....meanwhile he is in the audience

Yeah, I don't blame Oprah, she is a talk show host doing her job. I watched it and it was so sad, he looks like a lost soul the poor thing.

I know it was weird that they were talking about him like he wasnt there but I am glad she aired this.
We can all get too relaxed about our enviroment and think that we and our kids are safe but nowadays there is nowhere safe and I think any publicity about this is good publicity...its in everyones minds now as it only just happened so I think it was a good time to air this...
It makes us realise that we lead such busy lives that we could have a missing child living next door to us and we wouldnt notice. Its so sad but so true and maybe there is a lesson to be learned here.
I for one am glad she did this interview.

very well said. 
part of me was agreeing with the "how cold of oprah" even though I totally admire her and all that she does and stands for. but I felt like she was trying to do EXACTLY what they say not to, open those way-too-fresh-wounds  of terrible memories.
Did anyone else notice that Sean kept looking ONLY at his step-dad?  I just hope it was that he couldnt look his mom in the eye, I was almost sad for his mom because he didnt show much affection toward her. but of course I cant even FATHOM what this poor sweet boy has been through, and what he is feeling now.
He must feel like he's in a terrible nightmare. My heart goes out to all of them.
God Bless that boy mitchell that spotted the truck, and also those police officers.

I didn't watch the show- but why would these parents do this to their kids. Why tell the world their son was sexually abused? So the kid can NEVER have a normal life because everyone will know for a fact that this child went through something so traumatic. I would imagine the kid would want to keep someting like that private
