Water Bill
I just got my latest bill and it is $70 for 2 months! Last bill it was only $31 for 2 months. I know we have sprinklers on now but I have it set to every 4th day!
Also I am being charged $3.022 per CCF and my mom who is in Suffolk only pays $1.092 per CCF. How is this fair??? I asked my water co (Aqua NY) and they said it is whatever they want to charge and I have no alternative to turn to!!!!
***...how is this OK????

do you read your meter? or is it an estimate reading? i know that my bill was high this past quarter because i forgot to read my meter and it was an estimate.

I don't read them...they have an automatic thingie on the meter which goes directly to them! I don't think my usage is that high..I think it is that they charge 3 times more!!!
