watermelon and feta cheese salad?
anyone have a recipe?
sounds gross, but I had it and it was DELICIOUS!

They have one at Barrique in Babylon Village and it is delicious. It is mixed greens, feta, & watermelon cubes with a white balsamic dressing. Sounds weird but it is SO good

My friends, most who are Greek, just cut up the watermelon and cheese and eat it together...no special recipe. Sort of how you eat cheese with grapes.

OMG my favorite thing to eat in the summer...warm pita bread with feta and cold sweet watermelon...yum!!

Watermelon Salad serves 12
1/3 C - olive oil
3 T - lemon juice
2 t - kosher salt
1/2 t - pepper
8 lb. - watermelon balls (seedless)
2 C - feta cheese
1 small sweet onion
1 C - chopped mint
Whisk lemon, oil, salt & pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Garnish with mint.
