Waterproof Mascara ??
I never buy waterproof mascara but it was the only one left at the store and figured I would get it.
Well.....I notice that I have black under my eyes and sometimes on my eyelid during the day.
Is there anyway to get that to stop?

I did the dame thing and NEVER AGAIN!! I would wash my face, get out of the shower and notice the black under my eyes that i would have to scrap off! Terrible!!

Use baby oil to take the mascara off. Regular soap or face wash won't work.
