We are closing on our HARP refinance TOMORROW!!!
my dh did an analysis and if we keep our current payment (thereby paying more towards the principal) we'll be saving a total of $62 k AND we'll pay our mortgage off at least 4 years early.
I will let you know how it all breaks down, for those who are eligible for this refi tomorrow if there is interest!
I LOVE saving money.  especially when this was just laid in our laps!
