We are TTC again...

And I am freaking out. I am so terrified to go through this again. I am having the worst anxiety and am completly stressed out. My DH keeps telling me I need to relax which is a lot easier said than done. I feel like there is so much pressure because people know we were TTC so they expect me to be PG again right away.

For those of you who had a m/c and are now PG how did you do it mentally because I feel like a complete basketcase.

I had a mc in March- and am currently 21 weeks pregnant. I was terrified to start TTC again, then was even more terrified when I got pregnant again. It’s almost like I “expected” to have another mc, because I was so jaded by it. Honestly, right now you’re going to be scared and when you get pregnant again you’re going to be scared. It does get a little better every doctor visit/sonogram.
