We aren't even up to Thanksgiving & my kids are already talking
about St. Patrick's Day!
Our dinnertime conversation was all about their different traps to catch the leprechaun this year, how Joseph is protecting his fingernails this year by wearing gloves to bed & they are both wearing hats to protect their hair.
But what sparked the conversation is Joseph explaining how he can't wait for that little green pilgrim to come this year.
They were disappointed to find out that St. Pat's is on a school day because they're planning to have a sleepover with their friends.
I am so continuing this tradition when they're teenagers. Any kid in my house on St. Pat's Day wakes up with green hair & nails.

Sure!
I love that he thought the leprechaun dresses like a pilgrim....DH & I were laughing over their theories on it. Joseph asked if we thought he wore a littel acorn as a hat like a nature guy when it's not St. Pat's.
