We buy homes fast...is this for real?
You know those signs...we buy homes for cash. Is this real? Are they only looking for broken down crappy houses to flip? Anyone ever do this?
We need to sell our house in NJ and we already found something in LI that we like and put an offer on...but I'm getting impatient because we have had no bites on our current property. I know the market is slow these days, but I'm running out of patience.

"We buy ugly houses" & "home Reco" were both companies we worked doing flips in Florida. They are never looking to pay anywhere near market value.
I'm pretty sure you'd be extremely insulted by their offer but if you're really curious you should call them.
