We closed on Friday!!
Everything went very well. Just a minor problem in the house with something they were supposed to fix, but the electrician is coming back this week to fix it (the whirlpool tub in the master bath isn't working.) The closing was only 45 minutes long! Thank goodness because DD was not behaving very well. This is the first time the portable DVD player did not do the trick. Oh, and for anyone who remembers my tipping question, no one was tipped and I'm pretty sure our attorney would have told us if we should have.

congrats! beautiful house. As for the tipping question..you never told us you were in a different state..every state works differently with closings and closers.
