we decided to buy the apt in long beach
We decided to go ahead with the condo.
Here are some pics...I can't wait to empty the place out and paint!!
Hopefully we can close by Aug 31st and Have it rented in Sept/Oct!!! Fingers crossed!!

ETA: although we DID look at a house that had a LIF purple dining room...just under the chair rail..the top was white....weird choice!

Sort of! My DH lived in Long Beach when I met him, and we had looked for some time into buying a condo there. I feel like we looked at every condo/co-op complex in Long Beach. I literally spent my summers on teh beach. I wish we bought then, but back in 1998 would you believe that we passed on a 2-br condo because we thought $180K was too much!
