We did the walk through
For a house that is being built sure had some things that needed to be fixed.
The jacuzzi was not hooked up so the plumber has to come back and hook up the jets.
Their was a huge break in the tub's tile due to damage during construction which the plumber is fixing. We were told that is normal that their is a break in tile. It happens during construction and that will be fixed.
The curtain rods for the showers were not installed and the window in the shower was suppose to be frosted and it wasnt. That is being done tomorrow.
The faceplate for the outlet that is in the mirror was cracked. Electrician most likely screwed it too tight and I have no idea why he didnt replace it. Did he think we wouldnt notice. 
The left side panal of the cabinet in the master bath had a gash in it. Cabinet repair man is coming back to fix that.
The lanai was damaged but that damage is most likely due to some vandals who decided to hang out on our lanai on 4th of July because it was not damaged when we went to the house yesterday morning. The damage looked like someone was setting off m-80's or something because their were holes and burnt marks in the concrete. The builder is paying to have it fixed and painted.
Their is a leak in the garage that has something to do with the ice maker line because the water is coming through the wall. Another item the plumber is coming to fix. That was being done ASAP.
The rest of the things were minor cosmetic things like a chip in the wall, a smudge on the trim, etc..Those are all cosmetic things the painters will touch up. They were actually there doing the touch ups as we did our walk through. The carpet has to be vacuumed again but they have professional cleaners who will come in the day before we do and steam the carpets, clean the windows and shine the place up for us.
Everything else went well. We have a final look on Monday July 11 to make sure everything was done and we officially MOVE IN JULY 15
