We found our perfect house at the absolute perfect price for us....
on the absolute most horrible piece of property There's no yard AT ALL and it's about 10 feet off from a main road. Talk about depressing. I want my kids to be able to play outside, and I would never allow them to on this tiny piece of property on a main road. I'm so sad because this house is drop dead gorgeous. No wonder the price was so good

I agree. We made an offer on a similar house, though the deal fell apart. I'm so glad the deal did fall apart, though, because we were able to find EXACTLY what we needed.
The right one will come along!!

I know how you feel  We made an offer on a similar house and backed out of it because it kept me up for 2 nights. Unfortunately it's not worth it. The right one will come, promise

Thanks everyone. We drove past again and realized it really is not right for us. Gorgeous house, but after seeing Trish's pictures today of the person who drove up and into her cars, I can't even imagine living on this main road. I think we made the right decision.

We were in a similar dilemma. We found a beautiful house on a bad piece of property. It had a very small backyard and the houses were on top of eachother (Country Woods in Manorville) We loved the house but just couldn't decide if we could live with the backyard so we kept looking. Needless to say we now live in a different house with 1/2 acre of land and love our backyard! Keep looking....you will find a house that fits all your needs eventually!
