We got a second doggie!
So Casey has a little sister now- we named her Tally!
She looks a lot like Casey- white and very furry- not quite as fluffy- she looks like a sheep almost! 
We got her from Last Hope- they rescued her from a kill shelter. It's weird because whoever had Tally paid to get her tail bobbed  but then dumped her in a shelter because they didn't want to pay to get a tumor removed from her. Last Hope paid for her surgery and now she is fine! Tally is three years old and is cuddly and sweet!
I'm a little upset though because Casey always slept in our room and before lights out we always let her cuddle with us on the bed. But now, having two dogs in the room my allergies are REALLY bad. I think I might have to make the a "no doggies in the bedroom policy" and I feel like Casey is going to be so upset! I'm glad she has a buddy to spend the day with- and we'll make sure to have cuddles on the couch before bed- I just hope she adjusts! Tally has adjusted so well to our home- it's only been five days and it feels like she's always been there! 
Here is her picture- on their site her name is Muffin- we changed it to Tally since she didn't know her name anyway!

Oh crap I went on the site and it made me cry, I want to adopt all of them!!
Ariella, kuddos to you and DH! I am sure Casey will be fine, it just takes time and patience.

Kara- yes, the website is a little heartwrenching- sorry! 
I'm excited- hopefully in a few weeks Casey will be adjusted and I won't feel guilty!

That's so great that you saved Tally from being put down. I get so upset when I hear about animal abuse and neglect. It makes me want to take them all home with me

congrats!!!! Now Casey has a playmate.
We were thinking about getting another dog for Tiger...but he has our cat Blackie to play with,.
