We have had our puppy about 4mos now and
DH has lost 16lbs from walking the dog. He didn't change his diet at ALL.
How much have I lost? 0, NADA, ZIP!
And we walk him about the same amount of time! Go figure!
Yes, I know Men lose it a lot faster. Life is so unfair!
Vent over! Carry on!
