We leave for China in two days and I just
Fell down our front steps and twisted my ankle and sprained my wrist!
Not a good way to start the vacation.
I guess it could have been worse and broken something Just feel a little defeated right now.

When we went to China 4 years ago, I twisted my knee right before!! Luckily the lonnnggg flight allowed time for rest and I felt fine when I got there.. but since they DH doesn't "let me" work out a week before a major vacation
