We quit smoking today!
My husband and I quit smoking today. We did this once before and it lasted a year and a half. Then we started planning our wedding and you all know how stressing that can be at times. Surprisingly, as of our last conversation neither one of us is freaking out....yet.

DH quit cold turkey in January and has been smoke free since.

Thats amazing!!! Good for you guys! 
DH has tried the Chantix a few times but this most recent time the side effects are really getting to him so he stopped taking it.

I quit 7 weeks ago and I know it can be so hard but it's SO worth it!
I did 5 weeks on the patch and have been off for about 2 weeks now!
