Here's the deal!
We tried this many years ago. What happened was many started using the board for commercial purposes. It took away from the entire purpose of the site thus we eliminated it (this happened n LIW). Actually selling anything on the site is against the rules but we allow it for now until the project we are working on goes live. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

What about having a specific set of rules? Something along the lines of: You're allowed to sell things that you would sell at a garage sale, but you can't post an ad for your business, or to sell a service?

Thats what I was thinking...But I guess it would take a lot of work to moderate huh?
But sorta a Garage Sale Board...nothing over say a set money amount, OR no SERVICES sold, only items....( but then again, I see Rons point, Like I could make 500 of one item and sell it for profit as a business)
OK I just argued my own point WITH MYSELF...
Anyway
RON- At least tell us honestly when the NEW site or thingy will be up and running??ruinning? OI

Sorry - don't have a answer as of yet. What we are working on has snowballed into a much larger project.
