I want to create a web page for my DH business and I've started it. How do I go about getting a "domain" or whatever from IE so others can access www.---------.com?

You need to find a "host". I use http://www.pair.com , but there are thousands of host companies. Just do a google search on "web hosting".
First, you need to find an available domain name.
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp
Will tell you if what you want to use is available.

I used yahoo small business. A little more expensive than someo of the other web hosting companies, but I found the web design tools very easy and user friendly. I also felt comfortable that yahoo was behind it.
