Web people: Cross-browser functionality
Is anyone on here a Web/HTML person that can explain to me what is required to have a website run across all platforms?
Currently my DH has a website, but it only functions perfectly in IE--it doesn't seem to load correctly on Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.
Is this a coding issue? Or does he have to buy some sort of software package to allow it to run across multiple browsers?
We are clueless!

I'm not sure what kind of site it is---I'm the least technical person on the planet! Does it matter--will some created sites not be able to viewed across all browsers?

Re: Web people: Cross-browser functionality
i guess you have some active x in your site. Active X is IE unique thing. Trying removing that module and then test the sites to ensure that is the issue.
