Websites to buy/ship Wine Baskets?
Aside from wine.com any other suggestions of websites you have used and liked? I tried wine country baskets but they don't ship wine to NY

Sorry for bumping this but... I need your help! I can't find any websites :( Wine.com has only like 3 baskets that they will ship to NY and I don't know any other websites that are trustworthy and reliable...
Any leads would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again.

I don't think any companies can ship wine to NY. I will double check with DH when he comes home, he is a wine salesman

I just spoke to DH. He says it is illegal for wine to be shipped into NY. It is only allowed through distributors.
He said your best bet is to go to your local wine store and ask if they make wine baskets have them make it up and have it shipped on your own.

Oh sorry...
I usually order the baskets w/ coffee, food, spa stuff. I forgot about the whole NY wine shipping thing.

No, you can ship wine to NY. I just got some from DC a few months ago. Alhtough the link I found said it was signed in July, I got my wine in April...hmmm... Not all distributors will deliver. See link: http://www.wnyc.org/news/articles/49448
By the way - we use wine & country baskets for work. We get a huge basket every year for Christmas. They're terrific!

Thanks ladies! I ended up getting a wine club membership from wine.com. I looked into it though and there are rules regarding what wines can be shipped to NY. I think NY based wholesalers can ship wine in NY. What a pain! But, thanks for the info

My friend works for this company in CA;
Wine Country Gift Baskets
I don't think they ship wine to NY either, though......
