Re: Wedding Etiquette ?
I would give the same as you would at any other wedding.
I mean - if I go to the wedding of a co-worker or acquaintance that I am not VERY close to - I would give 300 as a couple. If it is a close friend/relative, we would give 500.
If your DH is close to his stepfather, give the same amount of money you would give to any close friend or relative who is getting married. If he is not very close, give the same as you would to an acquaintance.
HTH!

Re: Wedding Etiquette ?
JMO, but I'd feel uncomfortable giving a parent (or step-parent) money. Are they going somewhere on a honeymoon? Maybe you could get them a GC for a nice dinner wherever they go? (call the hotel concierge for help) Or a sterling picture frame or serving dish perhaps.

Re: Wedding Etiquette ?
I would give something more meaningful than money. Like something engraved or frame a photo of them, or have a photo of them done in oil painting.

I agree - I wouldn't give a parent money. GC for dinner would be good.
