Sure, why not? I tihnk your mom is asking so that she doesn't low ball the gift... she probably wants to give at least the same amount or more.
I shared with my parents what people gave us..... not that they asked, but i did share with them how very generous their siblings and friends were to us.

My MIL wanted a list of the monetary amounts that were given by her family members. I did NOT give it to her. I used the "I don't remember" excuse.

That would bug me too. Why would she need the whole list?
