Wedding Video
Has anyone else waited nearly a year to get their video back? I just called and they asked if i was getting a redo done... I told the guy NO im waiting for my original and my anniversary is MONDAY.. Hes like oohk ill have someone call you back.. I'm ******, as much as i could use the money back at the moment I really want my video by my anniversary..

Do you mean you haven't even gotten your raw footage?????
We got our raw footage back when we picked up our hard copy proofs (maybe about 6 weeks after the wedding? it wasn't very long).
From the time we discussed the actual polished video, it will take about 8 weeks to prepare it from the raw footage. We turned in our video form in early September, so they expected me to have it back by early November.

We havent gotten anything back yet. I dont think they give raw footage without the finished product.. Im about to call them again since they havent called me back yet.

We have our raw footage but I have not done a thing with it. Infact I don't even think I finished watching it all yet.
We still haven't done our album either.
My anniversary is on Sunday!

I haven't even done my video yet. I just don't want to deal with picking songs and saying what I want in and out.
I think after I write down what I want in/out. I am just going to have them pick songs. They know best!

I had them pick my songs and Im glad I did.....they picked better songs then I ever would have.

I got mine 6 months from final payment. I used Pennylane and couldn't be happier.
Seems like you are waiting a VERY long time.

We got our raw footage back after about 5 months, I last spoke to my videographer before thanksgiving and she said not til after the holidays, our anniversary is Jan 18, I dont want to rush them cause I want it to be great but i want my video REALLY REALLY badly now!!!
