week 2 of kettlebell fitness
i really love it. the workouts are only 30 mins. and the next day i feel it. my muscles seem to be tighten up. i feel like this is something i can stick to. i really feel it my arms, legs, and stomach.

That's great! I asked my trainer if I could do some kettlebell stuff in my workouts but he doesn;t love them since he says they can really cause some injury because of all the swinging...and since I am accident prone to begin with, I took his word on it lol. Glad they are fun and working well!
