Weight gain
I've been eating better since last Wednesday and started WW this past Saturday. I know you are not supposed to weigh yourself everyday but the past 2 days I have. The weight between yesterday and today is +3 lbs. I am so upset. I am not due for AF. I have been eating very healthy and within my points. I also went to the gym on Tuesday and did squats yesterday. What could be going on?

Re: Weight gain
Water weight. You did not gain 3 lbs. in a day. Maybe you ate something a little bit salty yesterday, or for whatever reason you are retaining water but this is exactly why they say to only weigh once a week because these little things that make the 'number' go up and down don't actually mean anything about where your body is. Also, sometimes it takes a couple weeks for everything to catch up. I know that whenever I've been not so great with eating and then I kick myself back into gear it takes about 3 weeks - I won't lose anything for 1-2 weeks and then BAM the scale catches up and I'm down 4 lbs or something.
Hang in there and keep doing what you're doing patience and perseverance are key here.

Re: Weight gain
If you have been exercising more than usual your muscles may be retaining fluid. I do WW and one of the receptionists told me this after I'd done a lot of exercising, but gained. It'll go away when your body adjusts.

Re: Weight gain
I just got back on track last week
I am getting my period next week
I will NOT weigh myself till the 22nd
I go more by how my clothes fit anyway- that's what really matters to me and helps my sanity
