Weight Gain question
Im trying to get a ahead of myself and ready for the weight gain. I just lost 21 pounds this year and then found out I am pregnant and will gain that weight back obviously, I was wondering is there a way or an exercise routine that will help the weight not show up so much in the face and arms and such?? Is there something I can do? I don't not want to gain the weight because i know the baby needs that im just curious how to prevent it from making me look like the goodyear blimp. Thanks...

Re: Weight Gain question
I know how you feel! Before my wedding, I lost about 30 lbs in a year and a half and I am still having a hard time gaining weight... but I try to keep myself a bit active... My doctor told me to continue working out with the same routine, not to start anything new or too crazy.. so I did, until I got exhausted... So now, at 21 weeks, I have started to go back to the gym and I just take it easy.. very light weights, more reps, and walking or using the eliptical. I used to run, kickbox, do spin... but I had to slow it down... do whatever you feel comfortable doing and that your doctor approves you for. Hope that helps! AND congrats on the weight loss and the baby!!
